About Day Management Services
Day Management Services currently 
manages over 100 student houses, to accommodate groups of 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8. We are an agent fully recognised and accredited by Canterbury City Council.
We try to offer the best possible facilities in our student accommodation. Electrical appliances and wiring are checked annually. Gas appliances and boilers are checked and serviced annually and tenants are issued with copies of the Safety Certificates. All properties are equipped with a fire blanket and smoke alarms.

Before moving in you may find it useful to swot up on the basic principles of living away from home.
Changing a light bulb and vacuum cleaner bag, reading a gas and electricity meter, lighting a pilot light, turning off a stop cock, unblocking a sink and a vacuum cleaner hose, de-scaling a shower and kettle - even putting out the dustbin - are all useful skills.
